My companion's starting to get sick

Our investigator Chris was baptized last Saturday. It wasn't the greatest timing, as in it's not right after church, and the previous Sunday was Stake conference so it didn't get announced. Fortunately, we asked some ward members do a musical number for the baptism for a guarantee of 5 members from our ward attending. The musical number was amazing. We were not expecting it to be nearly as good as it was. How unfortunate that the only people who heard it were family members of Chris' wife. The only other people there were the bishop, ward mission leader, and ward missionaries. Hopefully they'll sing the song for sacrament meeting. Also, I got to play the opening and closing hymns. Chris was also able to have some of his wife's family confirm him.

Bella wasn't able to make it to church last Sunday. We haven't seen her since our first lesson with her. We text her occasionally though.

Today we had fun going out to eat for my companion's (E. Rodriguez) birthday! He's 21 now.
